In our training we link the Enneagram to a set of techniques and experiences for emotional management and human development. Used as a map describing nine human emotions, each related to a Behavioral Pattern, it allows each person to become self-conscious of the emotions that directly influence them, as well as identifies the style of action, the motivating and demotivating elements for individuals and professional teams.
Throughout the long history of human behavior knowledge evolution and the Enneagram, Instituto Eneagrama added Wilhelm Reich's theory of the bodily reading of the nine emotions. Reich, a contemporary neuropsychiatrist of Freud, relied on the energetic flows of the seven bodily rings or muscular harnesses that sustain our ways of thinking, feeling and acting, that is, the responses of our body to external stimuli. When we look consciously at our body, we can see the importance of these emotions and how much they are directly related to it and the forms it acquires.
Instituto Eneagrama brings together in its training all this knowledge in the experience and dedication to emotional management and personal and professional development of each individual. Everything to help the participant become self-conscious and explore to the maximum their personal and professional potential.
Thus, in order for the individual to be emotionally intelligent, they must respect their emotions, validate them, that is, give themselves the right to feel what they feel and manage these emotions so that they are not detrimental to their goals and results.
For Instituto Eneagrama, every professional change must begin with a personal one, in this way our programs act both in the personal and professional spheres.
